Your enquiry helps us understand your learning needs. Your contact information is kept out of public pages and student directories.

Information in your enquiry

We collect the name and contact details you provide, the student’s broad age group, subject and topic, curriculum, learning goals, country, city, time zone and availability. Optional learning preferences and budget help us discuss suitable support. Please do not submit medical records, identity documents or other sensitive material through this form.

Question photos and worked examples

You may attach up to three photos of a question, worked example or your own attempt, with a description of where you need help. These files are stored privately with your enquiry and can be viewed by the site owner when preparing your tutoring support. Please photograph only the relevant material, leave out personal details, and avoid uploading whole textbooks. Image files may contain embedded information from your device. Deleting an enquiry from the workspace also deletes its uploaded photos.

How it is used

The National Tuition Service uses your details to review your request, contact you about tuition, prepare lesson offers, arrange lessons and keep private progress notes. Your enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. Student contact details are available only in the owner’s protected workspace.

Optional location detection

You can enter your city and country yourself. If you choose “Use my location”, your browser requests location permission. A rounded version of that location is sent to BigDataCloud from your browser to identify your city and country; that provider also receives your IP address. Exact coordinates are not saved with your enquiry. If detection is unavailable, you can enter your details manually. Your device supplies a suggested time zone, which you can correct.

Service providers

The website and enquiry database are hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Payments, when enabled, take place on Stripe. We do not collect or store full card numbers. Your lesson takes place on the agreed Zoom or Google Meet service. These providers handle information under their own privacy terms and may process it internationally. No third-party marketing analytics have been added to this website.

Optional Calendly appointments

If you open the booking calendar, Calendly loads in your browser and receives connection information such as your IP address. Booking details you enter there are processed by Calendly and shared with the event host to arrange your appointment and send confirmations. You can instead share a preferred date and time through our enquiry form. Calendly bookings are managed separately from website enquiries; deleting an enquiry does not delete a Calendly appointment. Students under 18

A parent or legal guardian must submit the enquiry and provide their own contact details for a student under 18. Communication and lesson arrangements are agreed with that adult. Meeting links should not be posted publicly. Session recording is not part of the default service and must be separately agreed with the participants and guardian where appropriate.

Access, corrections and removal

Contact the tutor who responds to your enquiry to request access, correction or deletion. Enquiries and associated offer records can be removed from the workspace; separate payment, hosting or communication records may need to be handled by their respective providers or retained where required. Records should be reviewed and removed when no longer needed for the tuition relationship or required record keeping.

This notice describes the current site’s handling of enquiries. Service and provider arrangements must be kept up to date before public use.
