How do I choose my preferred tutoring time?
Open Choose a time to see the booking options. When online appointments are available, complete your Calendly booking and keep the confirmation email. You can also send a preferred date, time and time zone through the enquiry form for your tutor to review. A time request is confirmed separately.
How much does a lesson cost?
Lessons are quoted individually after your needs are reviewed. Your offer shows the total, currency, duration and cancellation terms before payment. There is no payment required to send an enquiry.
Can I upload a textbook question or worked example?
Yes. In your enquiry, use “Show us where you’re stuck” to add up to three JPG, PNG or WebP photos (5 MB each). Include the question reference and tell us which step you don’t understand. Your photos are kept private for your tutor to review.
Can I ask for help with just one topic?
Absolutely. Tell us the exact concept, question type or exam section you are finding difficult. A narrow focus is often the best place to start.
Do you offer GAMSAT and MCAT preparation?
Yes, you can enquire about individual sections, scientific reasoning, writing, timed practice and study planning. Availability and a suitable plan are confirmed after review.
Can parents make an enquiry?
Yes. A parent or guardian must submit the enquiry for a student under 18 and provide their own contact details. Lesson arrangements and communication will be agreed with the adult.
Can I learn from another country?
Yes. Provide your country, city and time zone, or use optional location detection. We agree a lesson time and confirm subject availability before booking.
Will you complete assignments for me?
We help you understand concepts, develop arguments and practise independently. Assessed work and exams must remain your own.
Can a school or organisation enquire?
Yes. Use the enquiry form to share your organisation, group size, subjects and goals. Any group programme or institutional arrangement is scoped and agreed separately.
How do cancellation and rescheduling work?
Your specific cancellation and refund terms are included in the lesson offer. Read them before paying and contact your tutor if your plans change.
